How To Return An Item

We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to return your items.

Returning items by post:

You can return items to us within 14 days for a full refund for the item price. 

We cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

 

We require you to send us an email with the below information when returning your item: Email is - missdrip2022@gmail.com

1.Your order number

2. The name of the item(s) being returned

3. Reason for returning the item

4. Proof of postage receipt which must show the parcel information (destination, date and weight) 

We recommend all returns be sent by a tracked method as we are not responsible for the safe return of your order, please ask for proof of postage (in the form of a receipt showing the address you have sent the item to or the tracking number of the parcel). Furthermore, please follow below instructions:

 

• Please include your original order slip/dispatch note, if you do not have this, please include a piece of paper with your Name, Delivery Address and your Order Number.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original presentation box/bag
• Make sure the package is sealed securely.
• The return address is Miss Drip, Repeat House, Bright road, Eccles, Manchester M30 0WG. Once this is received it is then inspected and forwarded to our secure packing location for security purposes. 
• Please allow upto 10 days after we receive your return back to process your refund.
• Return costs are at your own expense and refunds will be for the item price only.  

Received a faulty item - If you have received a faulty item you must email us within 48 hours of receiving with photos of the damage. Once confirmed we will get a replacement sent out for you.
